So, "they" say that we should be eating the rainbow- i.e., have a wide range of colors incorporated into our daily diet to insure that we A) get all the nutrients our body needs, and B) don't get bored! Over on the weight watchers boards (SImply Filling) this is a daily thread I've always loved, so I thought I'd bring it here! Just tell us what colors you've had today! (It's okay if you don't have something from every color).   • Great info!! I learned this at our meeting over the last 2 weeks or so. R: peppers  (I'm making stir fry shrimp tonight) Y:  peppers O: peppers G: apple BIV?? I don't get what this is?
