Hello ladies!In case you're wondering why I post so early: I live in Germany which is several hours ahead of your time... It's already 11:30 am over here :-)So this is my accountability for today:B: slice of rye bread w/FF cottage cheese and herbs, baby-cut carrots, sliced cucumber, FF milkL: salad w/tomatoes, peppers and homemade FF yoghurt dressingS: watermelon, bananaD: grilled chicken breast, grilled eggplant

  • B-light english muffin w/PB, coffeeS-watermelon and special K barL-a little leftover pasta salad and 6in sub maybe?S-blueberries (?)D-hamburger w/roasted broccoli and FF cottage cheeseE-ran 3 miles this morning

  • ugh, i feel like the closer i get to my goal, the less self-control i have.  went to a party at a co-worker's place, and i pigged out.  it was all healthy food, but i ate about 3x what i should have...b - F1 english muffin, almond butter, bananas - cherriesl - turkey burger, veggiess - peach, string cheesed - tbd.  probably a frozen meals - sf fudgsiclee - running 4 miles tonight, even if it kills me.  (overslept again this morning)

  • B- Oatmeal with peanut butter and frozen berries mixed in S- Low-fat string cheese and two plums L- Left over hawaiian skewer from last night, plus some salad and a peach S- Cottage cheese and grapes D- Grilled pork chop with rosemary potatoes and green beans E- Going to the gym once class is out. I so don't want to and have to motivation today though...
