Getting in Shape


Hello all! I am new to this board and wanted to introduce myself. My wedding is in less then 9months. Back in 2007 I lost 75 lbs and have kept off most of it..... I gained about 15 lbs back! That is since last September... I know the fall is usally when I put on weight and because of that I am starting this week on tacking off the 15 lbs. How long do you think it would take to take off 15? When I lost the 75 I did it on WW and I lost 20 lbs. in 2 1/2 months...but I was a lot heavier and had more to take off. Any suggestions? Need all the help I can get! Thanks!

    Welcome! Incorporate cardio and strength training into your life (if you haven't already) to help along the process. As you know from WW it's all about portion control, but it's also about food choices. Choosing foods that are natural and cutting out/down over processed stuff is a great start. If we try our hardest 2pnds/week is the healthiest we can do I imagine you want to go dress shopping soon? If you can aim to lose half by then, the other half can be lost waiting for the dress to come in - then you can have the pleasure of getting your dress taken in! GL and congrats on the big loss from before - this loss will be nothing in comparison!
