  • I'm kind of mad at FI as he said that he swore that the tamales he was making were healthy, but then he checked the calorie content this morning and started his email with "oops."  GRRRRRR.  I will do it myself next time I guess! B: apple (1), oatmeal (2) S: yogurt (1) L:  mint tikka chicken (4), dal (2), rice (4) S: chex D:  tomato basil soup (1), sausage (4), salad (2) E:  hope to do C25K Week 5, day 3 during lunch today and then BL strength tonight when I get home from work.
  • GRR here too.  I thought I'd get away with a .5 gain but yep, I'm up another whole lb.  I think it had a lot to do with FMIL stopping by last night with pie.  ARGH, it was tasty, but definitely more pts than my mini hostess snack would have been, I know I could have said no, but the last one she made was out of this world!Seriously eating clean this week, I want this 1.5 GONE and really want to be under 150 before the wedding!  B- Special K/F1, soy  coffee, soy (3)S- Banana, PB (2)L- Turkey on AT, Vitamuffin (3.5)S- Egg white, carrots, Clif Z or popcorn (2)D- TBD, something with zuchini, the garden is bursting! :)E- Not sure, maybe a long walk with FI (3) or DVD, depends on weatherTotal: 10.5Target: 21WAPs: 35APs: 3ishReset today.
