Our gym at work now offers spinning. I never did it before. I worked out everyday on the elliptical and the machines and for 2 months now i've been spinning at least 3 times a week. I have lost 10 lbs in 2 months. I've been working out for over a year and haven't seen those results. Spinning is so much fun. Yea it's 45 minutes of HARD HARD work and u sweat a ton but it's WAY more enjoyable than the elliptical or the treadmill and you burn double the calories. I really recommend it. Best part is, there's no strain on any part of your body. ANY burning that many calories as let me enjoy more foods. I really recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight.. it's fast and fun!
