Tell me how you cheated this week!

I'll go first. I need to hear yours to make myself feel better.I've never been a big cheater, but yesterday and today I've been terrible. Yesterday was not my fault. Our professor locked us into a conference room (yes, locked) for eight hours and supplied us with only pizza and soda. *ugh*. Today was my fault. Country fried steak with gravy and chocolate chip cookies at lunch....I'm definitely finished eating for the day. I feel terrible....

    I had a sweet tea from McDonalds. Please don't check the sugar/calorie count on it, because it's not pretty.Did I mention that I get them without ice? A lot more calories...

    I had two bowls of cereal for dinner last night, instead of a lean protein and veggies. Life sucks with just a microwave and fridge.

    I started snacking on hummus and high fiber crackers last night-I had enough points for a few, but nearly as much as I had!

    I had two double cheese burgers from McDonald's for lunch today bc I didn't have breakfast and I'm having yummy mexican food at my fave place for dinner. Plus I had a dr. pepper at my stylist's salon while she was doing my hair...shame on me...but its worth  it...I'll just walk more tomorrow to make up for it :)

    I went back to the place where we had our cake tasting (after my fiance had gone home) and bought a slice of the cake we are getting and ate it on my own while watching the Bachelorette finale. It was yummy, but boy it sounds really pathetic now. :-(

    Yesterday and today for me too WGaches!  Ugh yesterday was especially horrible.  I usually pack my lunch when I work at my internship but I woke up too late so I went to Arby's for lunch and had a roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and root beer.  Then I made things worse and had pizza and pop for dinner.  And today at work (I intern at the county courthouse but work at a Dairy Queen - I swear it has been the death of me lately) and ate a hot dog, fries, and a vanilla cone.  I need to STOP!

    I had some nachos with cheddar cheese and sour cream and salsa on saturday night... with a lot of beers. I also had a piece of cake on saturday (albiet a very very small piece). Oh, and I shared a 10pcs kitkat bar with my husband on sunday. ooppsie!

    On sunday me & MOH went to lunch at applebees.. we shared the boneless buffalo chicken pieces... 17pts for 1/2 of it and 132g of fat for the whole thing.. holy cow.. that was my splurging so I definitly used weekly pts for those. I am craving pizza and mexican food, thanks.

    today at work I went to starbucks for green tea and came back with the tea and one Vanilla bean scone, to make me feel worse the employee said "are you sure you really want this? Isn't your wedding soon??"and then tonight for dinner I had shake and bake chicken with shells and cheese :(.

    First off, I LOVE your thesis ticker! My cheat is more exercise related... or lack thereof :-P Only pilates and yoga so far this week- no real cadio

    I have been really good about packing healthy food and snacks for lunch, but I lost it on Tuesday.  I am the head of the wine department at a World Market (or Cost Plus, depending on where you're from).  I got really frustrated with customers and lack of help from my fellow employees, and I ate a bag of Haribo Red Raspberries and a Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts Ritter bar for lunch, oh and a soda (it was all natural soda, but it still had 39g of sugar)...Oh, then I babysat (second "job") overnight last night/today and ate mac n cheese with the girls because they were out of any kind of healthy food.

    With a wedding 8 days away there was STILL a problem with the seating chart so at 3am when I got home from work I ate the only food in the house... half a bag of potato chips... still feeling greasy ewwww!

    The real question is how DIDNT i cheat this week!so far this week ive made cookies and ate half of the batch over a few days, ate a whole bag (not personal sized bag) of kettlecorn two nights ago, ate half a bag of potato chips (those amazing krispy kettlecooked ones) last night, and had brown rice pasta for three days in a row for lunch. ill also be going out to lunch tomorrow with my sister for a last hurrah before she goes back home (she lives in poland and i only get to see her once a year) and im not afraid to cheat because ive already done so badly this week, why not go all out. i guess im starting fresh on sunday.oh yeah, and i havent done a single minute of exercsie (aside from sexy-time lol) since saturday.

    It's only cheating if you're on a diet. I thought we were all making lifestyle changes.That kind of negative thinking and all or nothing attitude will get you nowhere.

    Bomb tones is right ladies!  Not only that, but you have to treat yourself once in a while, have fun doing it!Ours?  Well, as newlyweds we have WAY too much kitchen stuff of the new, fun, and schmancy variety.  All week I have been cooking huge meals just so I can use our new stuff!  Having a good time, but gotta remember just to not eat too much of any of it :)

    Last night I had a bacon cheeseburger (although I did skip the bun) and way more fries then one person should ever eat...other than that Ive been pretty good. The scale went down .4 this morning and i got in a good wii work out so Im not feeling too bad about it....especially because it was sooooo good!! Im craving chocolate chip cookies and ice cream and I have not had any sugar or refined carbs in 6 weeks so I am really trying to avoid that craving!!!!

    Sunday I planned on cooking dinner but finance and I were at the travel agent's office for like 2 and half hours booking our honeymoon.  When we got home I didn't feel like cooking so we ordered cheesesteaks and curly cheese fries---absolutely delicious...but not healthy at all.
