I was sooo happy when I got on the scale this morning and found out I had lost another pound. I earned my first star now! B: watermelon, FF banana yoghurt, green teaL: sandwich w/German sunflower bread, turkey breast, tomato, cucumber and FF ranch dressingS: apple, baby-cut carrotsD: garlic-stuffed grilled mushrooms, corn on the cob, mashed potatoesE: cycling (6 miles), helping a friend move and carry her boxes

  • I feel like such a jerk complaining about FI cheating.  I lost 5 pounds this week.  b-whole grain cream of wheat s-l&f yogurt and grapes l-turkey meatballs and 1 slice of wheat bread and a salad s-cantalope d-roasted chicken and a salad e-still feel like crap from allergies probably just a walk this afternoon maybe bike this morning
  • Congrats Girls! That's so cool. I also just lost my first 2 lbs since being on this board and earned a star! I am almost to my first mini goal of 10 lbs, one more to go!!
  • Congrats girls!  With 9 days until the wedding I am really cracking down on decent eating from now until then...I want to feel great next Saturday (how exciting does that sound!)B-light english muffin w/PB, coffeeS-low fat banana bread (avoiding the ice cream sundaes we are serving as a last day of summer school celebration!)L-not sure yet...maybe salad w/buffalo chicken sausageS-sugar free popsicleD-burger (homemade on the grill) with low fat cheese on sandwich thin, FF cottage cheese, roasted broccoli...E-ran 3 miles this morning (and I am SO sore from yesterday's NMTZ...clearly too long since I did it last...)

    Uuugh im so freaking exhausted today. I dont want to work out tonight at all but I cant handle the thought of taking 2 days off so I have to. B - english muffin w/ almond butter, ff milk protein drink L - same as yesterday, tuna on english muffin w/ romaine, 3 clementines today and ff yogurt S: small handful of unsalted cashews D: might have some kind of steak stirfry with peppers and onion... I really dont know yet S: I have yogurt to eat that goes bad tomorrow so I might make a protein shake after my workout with some strawberry yogurt, protein powder and ff milk E: Upper body weights and 45min high intensity cardio, uugh.

    Well it's only 9:11am, and I'm already feeling bad about what I've eaten. I ran out of my Eating Right waffles, and I don't want to buy another box because I'm only living here for a two more days...so I stopped at Starbucks. Oy.B - Vivanno smoothie with FF milk, fruit and yogurt parfait (600 freaking calories)S - bananaL - small salad, light dressing, veggiesS - 100 calorie barD - who knows. something light. E - 30Dshred level 3
  • Wow girls congrats on all the losses! I weighed myself this morning and was down a pound. YAY! It's been the first loss in awhile so I'm pretty excited. Blender-9 days! That's awesome. I'm so excited for you and can't wait to see pictures. b-hard boiled egg and gf toast with 1 tbsp chunky pb s-starbucks grande iced soy latte with 1 pump mocha (only 130 cals!) l-salad with grilled chicken and fruit, 1 tbsp creamy poppyseed dressing d-tbd, maybe steak and grilled veggie kabobs e-rest day, walk dogs 3 miles
  • I was going to wake up early and work out, but I was too exhausted to do it. B- Cottage cheese, clementine, watermelon, 1/2 english muffin with pb S-Plums and string cheese L- Turkey and bean mix with sour cream and more watermelon S- Plum and clementine D-english muffin with light cream cheese and a Salad and a peach E- I did ride my bike to class today I am going out with some friends tonight to celebrate the end of the 6-week summer quarter session, so I am going to try and stick to screwdrivers. My goal is one long island and one screwdriver, and I will feel good and save money!
