getting in shape for my wedding.... any tips

i have one year till my wedding, I've lost 3 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks not much, but my goal is 25 to 30 pounds : ) i hope i can reach it, and keep it. I would love it if anybody had tips... Right now i'm taking cinnamon 1000 mg to help my metabolism and working out 2 times every other day ...

    Why are you working out twice every other day?  Is that a schedule thing?  It would probably be more effective to work out four to five days a week, even if it is for a shorter duration. As for other tips, stick around the board...you will get LOTS!

    I used to also take Cinnamon (it helps with blood sugar levels as well) and I was informed by my GI doctor that cinnamon can be very harsh on your stomach - so if you start to feel nauseaus or anything, that could be why. I have since stopped it (but then again, I'm sensitive to alot of things!) But just wanted to throw that out there! Good luck with your routine! :)
