8 pounds : ) I put diff types of diets together : )

I've lost 8 pounds in 4 days : )         hows everyone else doing ,and any tips on how your doing it...  HOW I LOST 8 POUNDS-I switched my pops to diet I ate less carbs I took cinnamon everyother day to up my metabolism ...I drank 1 glass of milk a day and 4 - 5 glasses of water .., and I write what I bite even if its one bite I run every other day I eat breakfast every morning and for lunch i drink milk only and i eat a good protein dinner like skinless meats and i cut out the fat also 2 different types of veggies : )                                                                        : )( :                            ♥BRITT&CHARLES♥
