Had a decent weekend overall...B-cinnamon raisin english muffin w/a little butter, coffeeS-cheese stickL-ham, turkey and cheese pita, applesauce, special k barS-appleD-shepard's pieE-just finished my three mile run!

  • Good morning. b-scrambled eggs with salsa on a wrap, peach l-grilled chicken on a wrap with green peppers and lettuce, tomato salad, peach s-peach d-stuffed peppers e-bike  
  • B- oatmeal and coffeeS - bananaL - grill chicken sandwichS - protein shake and pear sauceD - TBD - something from EBAE - lifting and cardio
  • B: English Muffin, 2 egg whites, 1/2 slice of banana bread ...I couldn't resistS: Banana, peanutsL: Salad, 3 slices of deli turkey, Fiber one BarS: AppleD: TBD???E: running around like a mad woman getting ready for the event at work!
  • B - Special K, hard boiled egg, bananaS - Special K shakeL - Turkey sandwich with laughing Cow cheese spread, grapes, 100 calorie pack of peanut butter crackersS - Fiber1 barD - Lean cuisine!E - run 30 minutes, biceps, back and tricep workoutHad a pretty good weekend, food wise. Only worked out on Saturday, but did abs last night. :)
