    Morning girls!B: egg beaters, 1/2 WW bagel, WW cream cheese, pb, skim (5)L: Turkey sandwich, yogurt, strawberries (5.5)S: Special K crackers (1)D: pork loin, mashed potatoes, green beans (7)D: WW ice creamE: 1 hour jog/walk + some weights/crunchestotal: 18.5target: 22Question: When do you girls eat your dessert? I have been eating it between 7:30-8:30 after my workout, but I always thought you shouldn't eat anything after say, 6 or 7. Just wondering if I am messing things up by eating ice cream so late?

    WI was today - lost 1.5 more lbs! yay! almost down below 200 - cant wait!B - 2 hard boiled eggs (4), coffee w/ half&half (1.5)S - 2 ww string cheese (2.5)L - chicken cordon bleu ww recipe (7), asaparagus (0), chobani strawberry yogurt (3)D - tbd im going to try another ww recipe, just havent picked which one yet. i love making new stuff!!!Total: 18Target: 27Weeklies: 35WI: Tuesdayslmark - i usually eat desert around the same time if im going to have it. i heard the same thing about timings for desert, but i figure a 1 pt icecream isnt going to kill me. lol. its been working so far, but i think the closer i get to my goal the more strict ill have to become with the times i eat desert!

    Awesome girls...on all accounts!B: protien shake and grapes (11)L: 2 pbjs on ww, carrots, peach, edamame (10)S: veggie chips and peach (4)D: lean cusine and skinny cow (8)Total/Target - 33E - 1 hr cardio, 1 hr weightsI finally fit back into my fav pay of kahkis from the gap...but very frustrated as the scale isn't moving!!!

    Hey ladies, just wanted to stop in and say hi!  I haven't been counting every day but still eating right, controlling portions and working out, just so busy and when I look at my tracker it just gives me a headache.  I lost another lb this week which is great and now I have additional motivation to stay under the 150 mark, or at least close to it, while on my honeymoon.Keep it up!!!
