    Morning! Weighed in this morning....down 2 pounds! B: Kellog's smart start with antioxidants, 2% milk, 1 doughnut (darn co-workers love to bring in yummy treats!)     Congrats on the loss Tara! WI for me tomorrow- I would love to lose the 1.6 that I gained over the past 3 weeks due to the full schedule of celebrations, we will see! Tomorrow I am having a get-together with all of my bridesmaids! We are going to lunch, wine tasting and apple picking.  I am so excited!B- VitaMuffin Top, lt eng muff, tbsp SF Jelly, Coffee w/ skim = (3)L- Salad w/RF dressing, Chicken sandwich, apple = (4)S- Grapes, WW yogurt, 1/2 cup Fiber 1= (2)D- Vietnamese Chicken (got off owrk too late to make it last night), 1/2 cup brown rice, veggies= (5)S- 100 cal popcorn, tsp oil = (2)Activity= None- slept in todayTotal= 16Target = 21WP left= 13.5WI/Reset= Tomorrow!
