didn't see this post yet today... i'm FINALLY back on track!  had a good day yesterday food-wise, ran 5 miles last night, i'm down half a lb. this morning, and today is looking good!b - waffles, pb, honeys - bananal - 6" turkey sub (subway)s - pear, string cheesed - tbd.  on my own, since dh is going to the U2 concert.s - fudgsiclee - running 4 miles tonight.  or maybe NMTZ, since dh won't be around...
