Good morning.  I was 188 this morning again so I think I broke my plateau yay.b-strawberry yogurt smoothies-1 hard boiled egg white, 1 applel-turkey meatballs, spinach salads-pretzelsd-grilled chicken and zucchini or string beanse-C25K (I'm still not 100% but I want to run)

    Grr...I am having a hard time finding the maintain balance.  The scale seems to be creeping up, but I am keeping my calories about the same and still working out 5-6 days a week...oh well.  I have been really conscious about tracking this week, so hopefully that will help. B-light english muffin w/PB, coffee S-apple L-leftover meatloaf, yogurt, cheese stick S-another apple and some pretzels D-homemade pizza on wheat crust w/LF cheese and turkey pepperoni and salad S-? E- just finished a five mile run (I am a bit high today on carbs, I realize...have been/will be better the rest of the week!)
