    So yesterday at WI, I MADE MY 10 LB MARK!!!! YAY!! I can't believe I have lost 10 lbs, and can't wait to work on the next 10!!!B: 2 eggo waffles (2) chocolate chips (2) skim (1)L: Soup (3.5)S: apple (1)D: rigatoni, broccoli, chicken breast w/ light alfredo = YUM oh, and (10ish)E: NEED to do treadmill tonight to get ready for 5k on Sunday.total: 19.5target: 22WI: Wednesday
