    Congrats lmark!Not a bad weekend! Got a good workout in both days.  I started testing out some recipes for the holidays and made a pumpkin pie (Another Hungry Girl recipe) and it was REALLY good- and only 2 pts a slice! I made the Vanilla Pumpkin Cheesecake last night (3pts per slice), it is chilling as we speak and I am going to try that tonight. B- VitaMuffin Top, Lt Eng Muff, Tbsp SF jelly, Coffee w/skim= (3)L- Salad w/ RF dressing, Turkey Sandwich, Grapes= (4)S- Strawberries, WW yogurt, 1/2 cup Fib1= (2)D- Shepard's Pie, Veggies= (5)S- Vanilla Pumpkin Cheesecake = (3)Activity= The Firm Fat Blasting Cardio (30 min DVD)Total Planned= 17Target= 21WP left= 19WI/Reset= Saturday
