    I'm getting so frustrated with my lazy self! I keep not working out! Yesterday at least I spent an hour raking leaves so I got some activity in. B: Fiber one Pancakes (4) L: hummus (3) and carrots (0) and crackers (2) S: Fiber one shake (2), raspberries (0.5) D: tbd. Maybe sushi total: 11.5 target: 23 E: finish raking and mow the lawn. Honestly, not going to get on a piece of workout equipment.
