favorite gym class

Just curious what your favorite classes are at the gym.For weight lifting, its Body PumpFor calorie burning its Spinning:)

I agree with both!!! I love body pump and spinning gets me the most activity points!

My gym offers a 30 min core class right after a 30 min cycle class. It is an awesome combination!

I think right now it has to be the Zumba and Turbo kick boxing. I'm not a fan of spinning even though my trainer is making me do it.
