Getting in Shape


Goal: 60 Hi all, I've been reading some of the posts on here and they are all very inspiring! I'm so glad I'm not the only soon to be bride trying to lose kind of a large amount of weight prior to the big day. so i have about a year to "the big day" and i want to look fit and fab as much as possible. I've been dieting for about a month and a half and have lost about 8 pounds so far...but i really havent been taking it overly seriously. starting this next week i plan to go full force on this and really work at it. I have a fear of being a fat bride and i want to improve my overall health and appearance. mostly I have been eating a decently balanced diet about 1400-1600 calories a day and exercising using the 30 day shred and my exercise bike. anyways thanks for reading and good luck to all of you! -megan
