Hi ladies!
Yesterday was my first day of P90X, and I'm super excited to have actually started! I was just wondering when you started how many reps were you doing for each move? I know everyone is different but I just wanted a general idea. I was doing about 12-15 reps for each thing, and I kind of felt like I wasn't doing enough. Of course some of the tougher moves way less ( like 5-8)!
I was done way before the trainers on the video. Do you think I am going to fast or not doing enough reps?? Any input is greatly apprecaited
