so with the wedding being 11 days away...I will not be wishing the days away this week....I have so much to do, but its the little fun stuff that is left so I will try not to complain. Am I completely satisfied with where I am GIS wise? No, not totally, but I've come to the realization that I am living the healthiest lifestyle possible for me, without being a slave to a diet. I am about 5-8 lbs away from my goal weight which is not too shabby. SO in the next 11 days if I happen to loose a couple of lbs, wonderful! if not, that is ok too... I will continue to exercise and make the healthiest choices possible. I thank everyone on this board for your continued knowledge and suppport......its been one hell of a year! (k Im done now....Im very talkative this morning!)

L- really not sure......its raining here so if I do not feel like going to get something (?a salad?) than maybe another bowl of cereal......
