Re: Monday WW Accountability

• Hey all. I'm trying to be really good over these next two weeks. Due to family visiting, baby showers, birthday parties, dinners out, and work-related lunches, I'm going to be going out to eat on 11 out of 14 days (sometimes twice in one day!). Yikes! I'm going to watch what I eat, and be really good during regular meals.

And if I gain, I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm going to move on and look at everything in the long run. :-)

B - coffee (0), eng. muffin w/ canadian bacon (2)
S - apple (1)
L - Smart Ones chicken parm (5), ice cream sandwich (2)
S - garden veggie soup (0), ff popcorn (1)
D - Leftover stuffed pepper (7)

E - Walk 3 miles in the park.

Total - 18
Target - 24

• Morning! This weekend was fun, but an eating disaster-I ate out all meals on Friday and Saturday because of a workshop for school followed by a wedding and yesterday DH and I were too exhausted to go grocery shopping and cooking. But on to a new week!

B: PB Banana Chocolate smoothie (5)
L: crustless quiche (6)
D: chicken strips (3) corn (1) more sauteed veggies (0)
S: something-not sure what. Maybe yogurt (2)

Total: 17
Target: 21

E: 30 min elliptical this morning. Maybe a walk this evening with DH.

I gained a pound this week. I blame P90X (muscle gains) and TOM. But I don't really care, because on phase 1 I lost 7.5 inches overall. I restarted phase 1 today due to skipping 2-3 workouts a week before. Somewhat following the nutrition plan now too.

B: Protein shake (4), 1 oz lean turkey (1)
S: chocolate peanut butter protein bar (2), recovery drink (1.5), 1 c baby carrots (0)
L: Shrimp Stir-Fry (6), 1 T sesame seeds (1), 7 almonds (1)
S: 1 slice lf cheese (1), apple (1)
D: 6 oz lean turkey breast (5.5), 2 T gravy (0), 1/2 c green beans (0), 1 c butternut squash soup (1)

E: P90X Chest & Back (morning), Ab Ripper (afternoon)

Total: 25
Target: 26
WI: Saturday
• Morning ladies! I had a good weekend, didn't eat that well, so I'm up about 1.5 in bloat. I'm sure I'll drop it in a day or two, this always happens. I'm not doing a tracker today, not sure what I'll eat. I think I had some bad sushi last night, i'm really not feeling well. :-( Have a great day!

• Good morning all! Well... after my first official week of tracking points, I'm down 4.6 pounds, which is the EXACT same amount I lost my first week of WW a year and a half ago. Crazy! I know it will slow down to more like 1-2 pounds a week, but this was definitely the motivation I needed to keep going.

B: fiber one muffin (3); peach (1)
S: banana (2)
L: santa fe chicken soup (1); grapes (1); string cheese (2); town house flat bread crisps (2)
D: grilled chicken breast (3); veggies (1); watermelon (1)
S: angel food cake with lemon cream topping and strawberries (5)

Total: 22
Target: 26

I have 4 more points to fill in, but it already looks like a pretty filling day. I'll have to add something here and there. We'll see what I'm in the mood for.

Have a great start to the week ladies!

• Ok just finished week one on WW and I am down 5 lbs! Beyond happy with that. I kind of blew it yesterday though. FI helped my dad work on the house and rewarded him with a rib dinner and ice cream ughhhh. And I drank a little too much the night before so those ribs tasted amazing. Do not want to repeat either one of those things this week. My goal is 2 lbs for next WI.

B-coffee and creamer (2) egg white omelette w veggies (2)
S-Cottage cheese and yogurt (3)
L-2 slices whole wheat bread (4) 5 oz turkey (1)
S-Peach and carrots (2)
D-Dream Dinners not sure which one. 10 pts left

Total:24
Target:24
WI-Friday

E-3 mi walk w/ Baby (3) 40 min arms @gym (3) maybe 20 min intervals on elliptical if I feel like it (3)

If you switch to Sara Lee's 100% Classic Whole Wheat or the Delightful Whole Wheat, it will cut your points a LOT. It's 2 slices for 1 point.

Posted by FavoriteOne[/QUOTE]
Thanks for the suggestion. I forgot how low that bread is. I used to eat it when I did WW before. FI doesn't like it though, he says it is too fluffy, whatever that means. He buys two loaves of this bread from Costco for like five bucks. Beggars can't be choosers. LOL

• Hello all! Congrats on the losses ladies!
I started back up at school today, and we went out for lunch which was high on points. I also had my bridal shower yesterday and had some sweets. I'm still hoping I can do well this week and be down 0.5.

B: granola bar (2), yogurt (2)
L: Chicken tenders and waffle fries (see, I said high points)
S: Fruit (1)
D: Probably a Subway sandwich (5)

E: C25K: W3D1

Target: 24
Total: Not sure...I haven't looked up lunch points yet, but I'm sure it's not pretty.

And I just needed to vent this, even though it's not WW related. So I had my shower yesterday, and 2 of my friends were invited that I've known since kindergarten. Neither of them attended, even though I've attended their bridal and baby showers. I know people are busy, but neither one RSVP'd either. I checked the invite list again, and they were on there. I guess I was at least hoping for a call, email, or text that they couldn't come. I was bummed, but still had a good time.
