Getting in Shape

Help!

My wedding is still a little over 2 months away but i am starting to freak! My dress is getting a little tight on me, in the hips and stomach area. I am somehow gaining weight but haven't changed my eating or excericising habits at all. Whats going on and how do i reverse it?

I need to know of a way to lose this bit of extra weight asap, only like 5-10 pounds. I don't have time to go to the gym, and don't really have any place to work out otherwise.
