Ok - i'm getting my butt back to the gym this week. i've been before many times - i always start and then i get so lazy. i actually enjoy working out when i get there EXCEPT for boring treadmill cardio. There are classes i can take - but if i can't make a class, what else can i do? Rotate between machines? any ideas for interval training? ive heard that works - gets your heart rate up super fast then goes back down?? uuuuugh idk...
