For those of you who do spin classes, how often do you go? And what do you do the rest of the week?
I just started spinning again, and right now my routine consists of spinning three times a week, and a different upper body weight routine two other days. I also run (and I use the term run loosely... more like jog, though I hope to work up to a real run) for five to ten minutes after lifting.
I always liked doing lower body weights, but now I'm afraid that if I add a lower body weight routine to what I'm already doing, I'll overdo it on my legs. But I want to keep the three days of spinning, because I'm really trying to burn fat over the next three months until the wedding and nothing gives me as solid a cardio workout as spinning.
