My fiance went out and bought these P90X videos which are great, except 1) they are an hour long on average, 2) you need to do a video six days a week, and 3) you need to already be in pretty amazing shape to do a whole video and be able to walk the next day! I did a litte research and came across Power 90, which is essentially the prequel to P90X. I am LOVING these videos. There is a countdown timer on the screen so you always know how much you have left and they are only around a half an hour which is much more doable. Plus, the instructor, Tony, is just fun!
Down about 5 lbs since I started a few weeks ago and I can see muscle definition in my arms that I had long since forgotten!
