Getting in Shape

First 5K

So, I am doing my first 5K on Saturday and could use some advice.  I am in no way ready to run the whole time, but will likely try to run four minutes and walk for one minute and repeat.  Is there any 5K etiquette I should know about?  Perhaps starting at the back of the pack?  Also, what is a good breakfast to eat beforehand?  I appreciate any advice!
