    Good morning!  I'm at a conference for the week, so I can't say what I'm going to eat, because it's whatever is served to me.  Yesterdayit was good and I did my best, but it's really hard to eat healthy when you really don't have choices.  I weighed in today (yes, I'm crazy enough to pack up my scale and bring it) and I'm down 2.4.  I know I was actually down more over the weekend, but I'm bloated from salt with what we've been eating and I haven't gotten enough water.  I hate travelling and trying to lose weight for exactly this reason!  I'm going to try to work out now-I'm so exhausted I don't know how it going to go.  i"m going to try to check in once or twice a day just stay as accountable as possible.

    Good job katie! Hahaha...I'm just as crazy...when I go away, I pack my little weight do side bends...a before bed ritual...I actually got stopped at airport security bc of them. lol.

    I had a crappy Monday with eating again and no exercise...set my alarm for the wrong time today so i didn't get to do my AM workout. I will get in in after work today. And BACK ON TRACK TODAY bc I have worked too hard to screw up all week.

    B- protein shake (2), fruit (1)
    S- Kashi granola bar (2)
    L- protein shake (2), vita top (1) -- this will be eaten after the gym.
    S- Yoplait smoothie (3)
    D- ??

    Wow great job on the loss Katie!

    I was actually thinking about changing my WI day because it seems as though the middle of the week I'm always at my highest which is really frustrating!

    D: roast beef (5? yikes!) cole slaw (2) green beans (0) gravy (2?)

    for some reason I GAINED 1 lb  at WI today. :(  Its weird because I snuck a peek on Thursday and was down 2.2.  . . I'm REALLY hoping this is just water retention because its my TOM.

    B: greek yogurt with 1 cup fruit and 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (5)
    L: bean burrito, green beans (4)
    D: either ww pasta with meatless meatballs or homemade vegetarian fried rice with brown rice. (6)
    S: slow churned ice cream (2)

    E: walking with the ladies at lunch 3 miles, and p90x core synergistics.

    I switched around my WI date recently. I was WI on Monday... but found that I would be good all week and then would go crazy on the weekends and not track anything. I would just assume that I had enough AP to cover everything I ate.
    So I switched to Thursday and it seems to be working well.

    B: Cheerios and Almond Milk (2)
    S (1): Banana and tea (1.5)
    S (2): Leftover fruit and veggies from office meeting - also small piece of blueberry loaf (3.5)
    L: Salad with cheese and chicken (3)
    S: 100 Calorie Chocolate Covered Pretzles (2)
    D: ?? FIsh and RIce

    Total: 12
    Target: 22

    E: 20 min walk with the doggie
