Getting in Shape

Too much exercise?

For the past 8 weeks I've been exercising 6 days a week. Alternating the Bowflex treadclimber machine (I'm up to one hour on it) and an hour of step aerobics on the alternate days. I take one day off. Is that OK? I'm not sore or anything, but I don't want to hurt myself. I've lost 12 pounds so far. :-)
