Hi everyone! I used to be on theknot more often, but don't really have time anymore, however when I do get a chance to come on here I notice so many threads about recipes and healthy foods that should be eaten. Some of you know that I am a figure competitor which obviously requires me to eat much more strict than most people. Anyway, there is a facebook page that I get tons of recipe ideas for when I am not training. It is called "Recipes for GALS in Figure and Bodybuilding." This page is not JUST for figure and bodybuilders. Her page has expanded incredibly since she first started. She has a really amazing weight-loss story and is just a very inspiring woman. I check her facebook page daily. It is also awesome because there are many people who post questions on there that others want to ask too! She has many recipes in her discussion section. I am absolutely obsessed with her page, so I just wanted to share it with you ladies who are working so hard to get the best results. Hope you enjoy her page
