Is anyone using the Lose It App for the iPhone or iTouch to help them lose weight? I was going to do weight watchers but money is so tight right now. I'm liking the app so far, gives you an amount of calories you should eat based on you goals and then helps you track your food and exercise each day. I really like that they have so many foods already programed in - it's pretty easy to figure out calories.
Anyway...just wondering if anyone is using it because it has a "add friend" option and I thought it would be fun to have Knotties doing this together to help motivate one another
