Getting in Shape

Help

Help! I am semi in shape....but I broke my wrist. It gets put in a cast on Monday. It is currently splinted. (too swollen to cast) My wedding is in 78 days! How do I still work out with a broken wrist?

  • We share the same wedding day!  Anyway, I would try to just do a lot of squats, lunges, hamstring curls, and ab work.  For cardio just walk or use the eliptical.  All of that should be doable I think.  Hope you heal fast!!!
  • See if you can talk to a physical therapist at the hospital.  Let them know that you're trying to be in shape for your wedding and see what upper body exercises they can recommend.  Lauren's suggestions sound awesome to me.
