B: Chocolate PB banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
S: Lemon Zest Luna bar
L: whole wheat english muffin topped w/ 1/2 can tuna and 1/2 avocado
S: 0% greek yogurt w/ honey and craisins
pork chops and veggie skewers on the grill
E: potential rest day, depending on how my body feels after work. It was a long hard weekend working in the house, so I think I need some rest!
