Monday Accountability

I keep forgetting that it's a holiday down in the US...

B: Chocolate PB banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
S: Lemon Zest Luna bar
L: whole wheat english muffin topped w/ 1/2 can tuna and 1/2 avocado
S: 0% greek yogurt w/ honey and craisins
D: pork chops and veggie skewers on the grill

E: potential rest day, depending on how my body feels after work.  It was a long hard weekend working in the house, so I think I need some rest!
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

  • i'm glad it's memorial day and i have the day off, but there have been way too many celebrations lately - birthdays, graduations, etc.  not a good weekend food-wise.

    b - kashi cereal, skim milk
    l - turkey on wheat, raw veggies
    d - tbd - SIL's birthday dinner
    s - graham cracker and cool whip, frozen

    e - NMTZ, shopping all afternoon, maybe a run tonight, depending what time i get home.

    b- Green juice (kale, celery, lemon & apple - juiced)
    & some strawberries

    l - Salad w/ baby spinach, celery, avocado, broccoli, tomatoes, sprouts, shredded carrots & homemade tahini dressing

    s - fresh young coconut meat & water

    d - cedar planked salmon & raw corn w/ black bean salad

    e - no time to get to the gym today so doing the shred during my little guy's nap time

  • I've had a very good weekend with food and exercise.  Last night I wasn't ready to leave the bbq so I told my husband to go and I'd walk.  It was about 1 mile from my house.
    b-2 scrambled eggs
    s-apple with natural peanut butter
    l-grilled tuna steaks, salad
    d-turkey meatloaf with mushrooms, green beans
    e-none my toe is killing after walking all weekend

    B- 1/2 cup fiber one honey clusters with vanilla light n fit yogurt, topped with 1/3 cup raspberries and blackberries. Coffee w/ ff cream
    L- bbq....plan on having grilled chicken breast, tossed salad, fruit salad, and MAYBE 1/2 corn on the cob
    D- english muffin pizzas
    S- maybe. if i do, sf pudding

  • Happy Memorial Day! I was out of town from Wednesday-Sunday and did not eat the healthiest since I went to a wedding and was back in NC so I wanted to eat food I can't get in California. I did go to the gym with my mom while I was there, so that's a step up from what I usually do on vacation (no exercise at all!).

    b- 1/2 think thin protein bar
    s- handful of dried cereal
    l- caprese salad, grilled asparagus
    s- maybe share some popcorn (no butter) at the movies
    d- brother's house for a BBQ- I think they are making bbq chicken, corn, peas...I'm making a blueberry pie

    e- 1 hour sculpting interval class at the gym
