I am so aggravated with myself! up 3 lbs on the scale this a.m.

I know the reason (drank beer Sat night and did not workout on Sunday because it was my scheduled rest day). BUT it is just so aggravating!! I can't cheat at all.... Now my goal is to lose those 3 lbs plus 2 more by Saturday! I start my dress alterations on Sat.
