Things we LOVE about the gym!

There was a things we hate about the gym post so I wanted to counter with a motivating list of things we love about the gym!

1) The feeling of accomplishment after an hour hard spent hitting the weights.
2) Lasting on the treadmill longer than the person next to you.
3) Rocking the Captain's Chair crunches.
4) Leg pressing the same amount of weight as the male who hit the machine before me.
5) Reaching a new weight on any machine/free weights workout.
6) The burn in the thighs after a cycling class.
7) Outdoing FI in pilates, showing him it's harder than he originally thought.
8) Free smoothie samples!
