100 push up challenge

I got to week 4 when the first thread started. Then I got sick...and couldn't just hop back on to where I left off.

So, I started over yesterday bc I still wanted to incorporate the pushups into my exercise plan. I am definitely stronger, as I am in the 3rd column this time around and thought I did quite well. 

Anyone else doing the challenge? Good luck!

  • I am still doing it.  I had to start week 5 over so I took a week break and then started W5 D1 last night.  Hopefully this week will be better.  Although I was really struggling last night.

  • I finished week 6 and did the final test yesterday. I can't do anywhere near 100 pushups in a row, but from now on I'll definitely be adding more of them into my regular routine.

  • I just did W3D1 last night. Frankly I'm amazed at how much stronger I am already. Granted I had to start with modified push-ups, but I'm feeling a change. I can't wait till I'm finished so I can start over doing real push-ups!

  • I am doing it!  I'm on W2 D1 right now.  It's been slower for me because sometimes I do push up exercises in class in between days and I'm wiped for another day.  I tell FI that I'm going to beat him in push ups soon enough.  I think on his last fitness test for the navy he could do 72 in a row.  I am competitive so I will beat him!!!  :)  I HOPE anyways.
