Ow. I hurt today. I was at the gym for nearly 2 hours yesterday (120s of rest time between sets, 4 sets of each exercise, with 7 exercises = a LONG time) and now I hurt. Stupid being female and having quad-dominance. My hamstrings are killing me today.
