HI , im new to the posts , i have a daughter who will be 2 sept 1st i gained ALOT of weight with her about 70lbs ALLL in the belly area, im trying to get to a body where ill feel beautiful for my wedding day , To give u guys a good idea of how big i was to where i am now i was 250 at my last weigh in before my daughter was born and now im at 170 so i have lost 80lbs , (ppl say i dont look like 170 ) my ideal weight is about 150 im very busty so i dont think id look normal if i went lower , my stomach skin is still a little stretched out , any ideas of workouts to help with that i got to the gym mon-thurs i run and do machines for legs and stomach and arms , but id love to know of anything that has helped you girls get ur desired results
