ugh feeling frustrated. FI and I are in two VERY different places with our weight goals. I am 5'7 198 lbs, 32% body fat and looking to lose 30ish pounds. I exercise about 5 hours a week but also understand how important it is to eat well.
Fiance is 5'7 and 140 pounds, no clue what his body comp is, he does some weight lifting but not much other than that.
My gripe is that he just eats crap all the time and doesn't gain a pound. In fact he loses weight!! Which freaking kills me. This weekend I didn't get to the gym at all and ate TERRIBLY. He wanted to go to dairy queen and get doughnuts and all sorts of crap.
I'm just venting but if you are ina similar situation and have some good perspective lemme hear it!
