Thursday Accountability

I like Thursdays.  They mean that the weekend is nearly here.  I still haven't gone grocery shopping this week, so dinner is completely unplanned!

B: 1.5 english muffins w/ peanut butter and reduced sugar wild berry jam, coffee w/ skim milk
S: almonds, craisins and string cheese
L: salad bar at the grocery store
S: apple (that I'll buy at lunch!) and string cheese
D: TBD

E: rest day.

    Well, my yesterday turned into a total disaster. I was running around with wedding errands all day long. I ended up eating out 2 meals and didn't have time to work out. Today should be a better day!

    L - Chicken Noodle Soup

    D - Leftover Spaghetti
    S - Rice Chips

    I bought an armband for my iphone today so i can listen to music without having to hold onto the case for dear life. HOORAY!
