Two Questions

Hello ladies, you all seem to give great advice so I'm hoping you can help me on these two:

1) For lunch I ate an entire bag of steamed peas and mushrooms (4 servings at 80 cal/s). Now I know that's within my budget of calories for lunch time, but I'm wondering am I eating way too much? Even though it's peas? Does this stretch your stomach capacity?

2) I started working out 5 days a week last week using Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I was sore the morning after every work out. Yesterday I worked out again, sweated my butt off but no soreness this morning. Does this mean I didn't work out enough or it's not that effective?
