Getting in Shape

Workout Accountability: Wednesday

Hello All!  So, this morning started off with bang, and by bang I mean flat tire.  But, fortunately, my dad taught me how to change it out, so I was ok.  Late to work, but they were very understanding. 

So, last night's workout was a HIIT.  For those who might not know what that is, it's a High-intensity interval training.  Basically you go as hard as you can for about a minute, then you get a minute to breathe.  Then, you go again and again and again.  It was a great workout and I was really tired when it was over.  But, I felt great, and I'm really excited with the muscle I'm starting to notice in my arms and legs. :)
