Hi everyone,
So I'm not losing weight and I need some advice on the way I'm eating before and after workouts. Here is what I currently do (which I know isn't good)..
-I eat breakfast at my desk most mornings, either Special K or Cheerios with a banana, or a greek yogurt, sometimes a whole wheat English muffin with natural PB
-lunch also at desk most days. Varies
-Then I go to the gym after work. I typically leave work between 4:30-5:30ish, head to the gym for 1 or 2 classes, and am not home until 7-8pm at night
At that point I'm absolutely starving, start making dinner, but can't wait for dinner to be cooked so I pick at junk food, which totally destroys my hard work.
I dont like protein shakes or smoothies, so any other suggestions are appreciated!
