Pounds be gone!!

My FI and I have been training w/ a personal trainer and he seems to be losing more than me faster (which seems to be the norm I hear). On Tuesday we will be starting the calorie cutting part of the plan. We are both excited for this and hope the weight will be coming off faster (but healthy!) My dress fitting is on Oct. 16 and I want it to be a fun event. I tend to get a little down on myself when I try clothes on and nothing seems to fit how I want. Hopefully with this new plan it will be a great time! Any tips for how to keep motivated and not get discouraged?  thanks Smile

  • You have a few months to lose some weight.  Don't worry... you will look great in your wedding dress.  Staying motivated to hard to do, but if you keep reminding yourself on why you are doing it and how important it is to you, you will stay motivated.  I also stay motivated after I work out; I love how I feel after I work out.  

    Also don't let how much you weigh get to you.  The measurements are more important and how you feel about yourself. 

    Another motivating tip is to do a few activities that you do enjoy so you love working out and won't mind doing it. Maybe try listening to music to keep you moving.

  • Thanks! I know it's more about measurements but being a girl I like to see the weight number go down!  I alson know it's one day @ a time and luckily I still have some time.
