My FI and I have been training w/ a personal trainer and he seems to be losing more than me faster (which seems to be the norm I hear). On Tuesday we will be starting the calorie cutting part of the plan. We are both excited for this and hope the weight will be coming off faster (but healthy!) My dress fitting is on Oct. 16 and I want it to be a fun event. I tend to get a little down on myself when I try clothes on and nothing seems to fit how I want. Hopefully with this new plan it will be a great time! Any tips for how to keep motivated and not get discouraged? thanks
