Weight Loss Tips Please!

I need to lose 50 pounds by October 20, 2012. I have been doing well for a couple weeks. Haven't had soda, candy, etc. But I really need some tips on losing weight! I've been to Zumba one time, and I try to walk every evening. I'm not sure what kind of foods to eat, I feel like I'm eating the right things, but then I gain weight. Please help! Thanks.Undecided
