good morning all :)

E - 2 miles with a huge freakin hill.

B - coffee, boiled egg, and loaded oatmeal with grapenuts, walnuts, and blackberries
S - no snack today :( boo
L - leftover avocado soup with chipotle shrimp.  it was absolutely wonderful.  i highly recommend it.  http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/chilled-avocado-soup-50400000113001/
S - mini baby bel, grapes
D - BLTs and watermelon
