Hate Mondays...but had a great weekend so that was good! :)

    I lost .4 lbs after all of the wedding & honeymoon cruise stuff that happened in the last month! Woo hoo!!! That's the best .4 ever! I travelled all weekend, so my eating wasn't the greatest. Back on track today.

    B: toast (1), sf fruit spread (1), caramel macchiato (3)
    S: 1/2 turkey sandwich (2.5)
    L: bean stew (3), apple (1), salad = strawberries, spinach, balsamic (.5)

  • Something is wrong with me lately -- my stomach is not holding anything down.  I spent most of my weekend on the couch, trying to keep a fever down.  Finally ate a full meal yesterday afternoon and it made me feel great, but now I'm not feeling so hot again.  So no clue what I'm gonna eat...

  • Morning!  You look great in your dress Lisa!  I didn't have a good weekend food-wise.  But I actually got up and worked up for the first time in over a month and since the wedding!  I'm giving myself this week to get back on track with WW and working out every morning and am going to start P90X a week from today.  I'm a little nervous, but I like a good challenge.

    B: PB choc banana smoothie (5)
    L: Greek salad: feta cheese (2), olives (1), dressing (1) lots of spring mix and other veggies (0)
    S: cherries (1) nectarine (1)
    D: blackened salmon (5) with green beans (0)

  • Happy Monday!  This weekend was my bridal shower and an unholy mess of cake, wine and cheesesteaks.  I have serious food hangover.

    B: fiber one muffin, cottage cheese, strawberries (4)
    L: salad with veggies, yogurt with ground flax seed, granola chips, candy (I know) (9)
    S: baby carrots if my headache stops
    D: celery and air?  Not sure, something very healthy though. (5)

    E: this is debatable. I want to hit the gym, but I've had a bad headache all day.
