Hi ladies! Wedding is 10 months away, and while I'm not dangerously overweight, I would definitely feel more comfortable being a size or two smaller. And being somebody who never, ever works out, I could DEFINITELY use more definition. So while at Wal-Mart last night (buying Trivial Pursuit with FI

), I bought Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred DVD, and an AM PM Yoga one.
I did day one of JM, and I feel like it's going to hurt to live for a few days. But I am very hopeful! I like how she doesn't let you rest, because it doesn't give lazy, unmotivated me a chance to bail out ;-)
Anybody else given the JM program a try? I'm trying to eat a little better, too, substituting low-fat where I can and incorporating more fruits and veggies. At the very least, I would just like to *feel* more in shape.
