Hi everyone. I generally eat pretty well and exercise as well. However, I am having a huge problem with my diet coke consumption. Its better then it was years ago, but I have been drinking so much diet coke forever that I feel like I am addicted to it. I drink about 2 20 oz bottles a day now, not good. I want to stop to feel healthier and maybe be less bloated. I also drink a tons of water which is why I think it negates the diet coke, but rationally I know it does not. Does anyone have any advice about going cold turkey or weaning themselves off? Thanks so much!
