I'm sorry if you've already discussed this and I missed it. I was just wondering if people have tried this DVD and if so, how did you like it? What were your results?
I've been doing the 30DS (Jillian Michaels), which is a great workout, but frankly I'm getting bored and extremely annoyed with Jillian (since she never does any of the exercises). I want to mix things up a bit and thought I'd give this one a shot.
Any thoughts?
